How do I choose the right size?
Products like shirts, photo canvas prints, custom posters, etc. include a “Size guide” link shown next to the size options. It provides exact measurements and tips on how to measure correctly.
Note: Some garments may run small, so always check the measurements before ordering.
What file types can I upload?
You can upload: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG, BMP, TIFF. Max file size: 30MB.
For the best results on custom canvas prints or personalized posters, we recommend high-resolution images. Our editor will show the DPI and tell you if your photo is suitable for printing.
How do I know if my image quality is good enough?
When you upload or resize an image, the design editor automatically checks its DPI (dots per inch). A warning appears if the quality isn’t high enough for print.
For clear and sharp poster prints and photo canvas products, use images with at least 150 DPI, or 300 DPI for larger wall art.
